NovaWMS (novawms.co) is a multi-tenant warehouse management SaaS built end to end: NestJS 11 API, Next.js 15 frontend, PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM, five AI agents on a multi-provider LLM gateway (Claude, MiniMax), OCR of documents and photos, and API integrations with clients' external services.

- Architected a 5-agent AI system on one shared chat engine and LLM gateway: execution agent, analysis agent with per-company persistent memory, photo-vision-guided operator agent, client-facing agent, WhatsApp agent
- Built an insights engine with 8 deterministic SQL detectors for historical data analysis and AI-generated suggestions
- Implemented a multi-provider LLM gateway (Claude, MiniMax and OpenAI-compatible providers), configurable per company and per agent
- Built OCR pipelines that read documents and photos into structured warehouse data, and API integrations with clients' external services (ERPs, carriers, messaging)
- Made product documentation discoverable and consumable by external AI agents (llms.txt, well-known endpoints, agent discovery)
- Built DocTrans: AI-driven image/document processing automation for a logistics company
