Full-stack TMS built solo: NestJS 11 API and Next.js 16 frontend in a pnpm/Turborepo monorepo, PostgreSQL + PostGIS, Redis/BullMQ queues for asynchronous integrations with government APIs (RNDC, SICE-TAC), and document data extraction with Claude. Self-managed deployment: Docker on my own VPS, with every merge to main deployed automatically (CI/CD).
