What is BTM-TMS?
A transport management system (TMS) in production since 2026 for BTM Pacífico S.A.S., a Colombian road-freight carrier. Cargo owners manage their own trips (load, offer to compatible vehicles, dispatch, proof of delivery, settlement and payments) while the platform issues the legally required documents to the Ministry of Transport's RNDC asynchronously through queues and checks freight prices against the official SICE-TAC floor. Yocemar is the sole full stack developer: architecture, NestJS 11 backend, Next.js 16 frontend, PostgreSQL + PostGIS, Redis/BullMQ, deployment and operation. Every merge to main is deployed to production automatically, backed by 52 integration test suites against a real database and Playwright browser checks. The repository is private.
Does Yocemar have experience with payments and billing?
Yes. At PRVIDR, on a telco/MVNO subscription and billing platform, he generated invoices, ran scheduled payments, corrected payments and investigated failed or incorrect charges. He also integrated payments through APIs, including Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
