This policy explains how personal data is handled on yocemar.com, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

What data is processed and why
Profile chat and fit analysis. When you use the assistant, the text of your messages, the replies, the language, the mode (question or fit analysis) and the date are stored. Your IP address, name or any identifier of yours is not stored with the conversation. Purpose: answering your questions and reviewing the assistant’s quality.
Contact form. Your name, email and message are stored in the site’s database and also emailed through the EmailJS service. Purpose: replying to you.
Analytics. Umami, hosted on the site’s own server, counts visits in aggregate: page viewed, referring site, browser, device type and country. It uses no cookies and does not store your IP address.
Service security. To limit abuse of the chat, the server uses your IP address and an anonymous session identifier in memory only, for at most one hour. They are never written to the database.
AI model provider
The assistant’s replies are generated by a third-party language model (MiniMax or Anthropic, depending on the current configuration). To generate each reply, your messages and Yocemar’s public profile are sent to that provider, which may involve an international data transfer. The provider processes them under its own policies.
Do not share sensitive data in the chat: health, financial data, ID documents or information about other people.
Who has access
Only Yocemar, the controller, can see the conversations and contact messages, through a private panel protected by a username and password.
How long data is kept

Your rights
As the data subject you can access, update, correct and delete your data, withdraw your consent, request proof of it, and file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
To exercise them, write to the contact email. Queries are answered within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as the law requires. Chat conversations are not linked to your identity, so to find one, give the approximate date and part of the text.

This site is aimed at recruiters and professionals, not minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and its update date will be updated.
